Stacy Ju Gibbons

Stacy takes a trauma-informed, depth-oriented approach to help clients understand how their past relational experiences shape their current patterns. Utilizing parts-based therapies like Internal Family Systems (IFS), she works to heal painful internalized beliefs at both the emotional and nervous system levels, helping clients reconnect with their inner vitality and self-trust.

Tiana provides a safe, warm, and supportive environment for clients struggling with deep-rooted coping behaviors and painful beliefs. She primarily uses Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trauma-informed care to help clients unpack their internal systems, honor their nervous system, and approach life with a grounded sense of “Self leadership.”

Katie uses a narrative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach—alongside the Gottman Method for couples—to address concerns ranging from depression and anxiety to identity development and life transitions. She is also deeply passionate about providing a safe, authentic space free of stigma, with a specific focus on recognizing and reducing anti-fatness in mental health care.

Ray focuses on helping clients who feel “stuck” in unmanageable emotions, old wounds, or disconnected relationships. Working experientially, he creates a collaborative space to explore emotional and nervous system patterns, helping clients build present-moment awareness and insight to foster lasting healing and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Tiffany specializes in helping individuals and couples heal from relationship trauma, break negative cycles, and recover their self-worth. Whether clients are dealing with childhood wounds, betrayal, or a desire for deeper connection, she empowers them with practical tools and in-session experiences to create safety, trust, and true intimacy in their relationships.
