Our experiences in relationships, whether in childhood, intimate partnerships, or larger systems and organizations, shape how we come to see ourselves and how we learn to connect with others. When these experiences involve pain, rupture, or inconsistency, they can leave behind patterns that feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to change. Together in our work, we will explore relational patterns, tend to and understand internalized beliefs, and bring awareness to the hidden or fragmented parts of your identity.
I offer a trauma-informed approach to therapy that supports healing at both the emotional and nervous system levels. Trauma therapy helps you unravel painful beliefs about yourself while learning to regulate your internal experience and respond to the world with greater choice, clarity, and self-trust.
My work integrates parts-based approaches (including Internal Family Systems and Theory of Structural Dissociation), trauma-informed care, and depth-oriented relational therapy to help you navigate pain, shift long-standing patterns, and reconnect with vitality in your inner and outer life.

In my work with clients, I have come to recognize that we are all doing our best to navigate the unavoidable pain that comes with the human experience. Our experience in relationships and with our environments determine how we approach navigating that discomfort and pain. Often, the methods we learned to cope with that pain results in patterns or behaviors that leave us feeling lost, insecure, and confused. I believe that you have what you need to find the healing you are searching for and my goal is to provide a safe relationship to begin to unpack those behaviors and approach life in a more grounded and secure way.
I offer intervention that is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and honors your nervous system as you navigate healing. I approach healing with my clients primarily through Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore painful beliefs and build awareness around your internal system giving you the tools to approach life with more Self leadership.
I aim to provide a safe and warm environment where you can come, take a deep breath, and feel truly supported as we walk together through the pain that you're experiencing. If you feel my work would be a good fit for you, please reach out.

Have you been struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, life transitions, identity development, relationship issues, trauma, or weight-related concerns? In our work together I use a narrative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach. I recognize you as the expert in your own life and value the strengths, abilities, wisdom, and personal characteristics you bring to counseling. In my work with couples I use the Gottman Method. I aim to help you recognize and understand the emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that may be keeping you from making any changes you want for yourself.
I am also very passionate about recognizing and reducing anti-fatness in mental health care. I recognize that individuals with higher body weight experience anti-fatness from loved ones, professionals, and society, and I am dedicated to addressing and reducing this stigma, specifically in the counseling profession. Providing quality services where you feel safe to be your authentic self and express yourself freely while feeling heard and understood is of utmost importance to me. I look forward to meeting you and working together on your personal journey of healing and growth!

At times, life brings us into patterns that feel stuck — relationships can become disconnected, emotions can feel unmanageable, and old wounds may resurface. These experiences can leave us feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward.
I believe that every person carries the potential to heal, grow, and reconnect with their authentic self. In our work together, I offer a collaborative, supportive space where we can explore the emotional, relational, and nervous system patterns that have shaped your experiences.
For years, I've worked experientially with individuals and groups to help them build awareness of their emotions, challenges, and trauma. By staying present in the moment, we deepen insight and the capacity for change. Growth begins with awareness—and together, we’ll create space for meaningful relationships, lasting healing, and personal transformation.
