A Bit About Me

If you want a more connected and meaningful life, then you need good relationships. I specialize in helping couples and individuals create these relationships. My aim is to assist my clients in this as they are often trying to heal betrayal, infidelity, trauma, abuse, a break-up/divorce, toxic relationships and more.

Our work together involves healing the relationships you have with your Self, your partner, your inner child, intergenerational patterns, your past, your family, friends, your faith etc. I use trauma-informed and multiculturally-informed therapy with the following modalities: Internal Family Systems Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, EMDR, Gottman Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Couple's Therapy and Sex Therapy.
