A Bit About Me
Experiencing trauma, loss, or overwhelming distress over time can leave us feeling broken, disconnected, and chaotic. This constant state can lead to a sense of separation from who we are, others, and the life that we want to live. By understanding the patterns and beliefs we hold about relationships and self, we can begin to heal the connection we have with ourselves and calm the experience of discontent that feels ever present.
As we quiet our inner noise, we can engage in relationships from a more meaningful and purposeful place and create an identity that better aligns with who we want to be. Whether you have experienced overwhelm and disconnection in childhood or adult relationships, institutions, or random events, connecting to the wholeness of who you are is possible and available.

I am a level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and EMDR trained. I use parts work (Internal Family Systems and Theory of Structural Dissociation), Existential/Humanistic theory, and Relational Depth-Oriented therapy to help my clients understand and develop into themselves. Above all, I believe in the power of two humans engaging in a therapeutic relationship to heal.
